A compact perennial with purple-silver leaves and rose pink flowers. Position: full sun or partial shade Soil: fertile, moist or well-drained soil Rate of growth: average Flowering period: June to August Hardiness: fully hardy A real bee-buzzing beauty, ‘Timeless Treasure’ produces large bouquet-like rosy-pink flower sprays on red stems that rise from pewter-silver foliage with prominent purple veins. Great as a specimen plant for a patio pot, or as a front of border plant that will happily spill over a path and intermingle with other complementary and contrasting foliage types such as silver Artemisias or other colourful Heucheras. Garden care: Plant with a scoop of well-rotted compost or manure in the planting hole. Heucheras do not like dry soil. Remove tatty foliage in autumn. Lift and divide large clumps in early autumn and replant with the crown just above the surface of the soil. Apply a generous 5-7cm (2-3in) mulch of well-rotted organic matter around the crown of the plant in spring.
