A red-edged, hairy, green-leaved non-flowering succulent houseplant. Position: full sun Soil: poor to moderately fertile, well-drained with added grit Hardiness: frost hardy (may need winter protection) A non-flowering, outdoor succulent, ‘Devotion’ has velvety, burgundy-edged, green leaves, which intensify to deep red with cold during the winter period providing the plant remains dry. A great plant for rockeries, alpine troughs and south-facing pots, this brightly-coloured Echeveria prefers a dry, well-drained spot during the colder months. Garden care: Needs very little care, except that the leaves are delicate so need to be handled with care. Water sparingly when required, avoiding the actual rosette of leaves, and keep on the dry side and well-drained over the winter.
